Rhode Island Operator Control

The Rhode Island Operator Control is the worst run government department in the United States. Try calling (401-462-0800), and you will either be caught in a recording loop or a hold message of “agents are busy” for a minimum of an hour and a half and then someone answers only to hang up. I mailed a check to enroll in a class. They cashed the check but I am still waiting to hear back to the when and where of the class. Go there and be hearded like cattle and sit for an hour or two with no idea of what’s going on. Seriously, why are we wasting tax dollars on that waste of time and space.

I eventually found a place in thier looped answering service to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. Very useful. I guess the person checking the mail had her licence suspended and they too are stuck in this endless loop of getting nowhere.

I’m motivated. How would I file a complaint? Or get someone fired? I’d pretty much do anything to fix this problem.
